I noticed that another vandweller used a minimal amount of Luan in their Ford cargo van (covering their walls). In places where no luan was used, the bare wall of the van was visible & in the nooks & crannies, they had sprayed Great Stuff Foam Spray Insulation.
Seriously speaking, is this as good as the sheets of foam board insulation that lines the walls in a cargo van? Can this be a worthy substitute insulation (as opposed to R-13 & etc.)?
In the attempt of future car dwelling, I was thinking of possibly insulating my car's interior with spray foam to fully insulate the walls & etc.
On a side note, some twenty-something girl hit the bumper of my car at the stoplite this a.m.on the way to work Not too much visible damage.
Thanks in advance!
