Getting to know Leadville

I am starting week 2 in the Leadville Colorado area. I think I found the best spot (until further notice) at the state park lands just south of Turquoise Lake.

Good (not great) T-Mobile signal, lots of space to spread out, FREE, 14 day limit, close to water source of the Sugar Loaf Dam holding Turquoise Lake back.

I'm going to start my 14 day stay today. If anyone wants to camp together, mask at your lieger (sp).

Beautiful area, I love it well. There is another current thread by wntrhwk on camping in the same area. And somewhere right nearby T.L. is an RV park where you can get showers if need be, but that's all I remember about it.
