No talk.. just my backyard... listen to the birds, insects, frogs... take a nap... chill...





I have a channel, am documenting the process etc... I recorded this to have, then the thought hit me, I will do a series of these videos as I travel around... just the sounds... enjoy!

Neat Neat I will spend some more time with this when I find a better signal. In my forest camp site the last two weeks I was sung to sleep by a wip-poor-will every night. I’m still in that forest but at my cousins cabin in the valley and tonight it’s the Wood thrush’s turn to sing. Of course here in PA were in the begining of our 17 year cicadas which make the day light hours interesting.

How beautiful!! I wish I'd thought of something like this last weekend. I was parked near the confluence of a creek and river and the trees were just full of birds, there was a light breeze. I haven't heard some of those birds since I moved from Western WA to Eastern WA and don't have any trees around me for them to hang out in anyway. Next time I'm over there I'll set up my phone to tape the ambient sounds for a while.
