Finally purchased a van.

So I finally purchased a mini-van. IMO I got a great deal on it.

It's a 2005 Kia Sedona that's in great shape inside and out and only had 188k miles on it. Picked it up for $2950.

Whoops...make that 118k miles, not 188k.

As for the common issues in your post, JDub, have not had any issues as yet (bought it the beginning of December).

There -are- a couple of minor things I plan to have fixed next month such as the hood supports being completely worn out and not holding the hood up. The driver side sliding door is a bit difficult to close etc. I chalk these up to the van being 17 years old.

Mechanically, it runs and drives great. I still plan to have all the usual stuff done that you get done when you buy a used car. Oil change, transmission service, brake system flush etc.

All in all, though, the van is in great shape, including the interior.
