Fantastic vent replacement low-profile cover

I can't find it now that I needed to show what I'm talking, but I saw this guy, maybe on YouTube, with a fantastic vent replacement cover, white and low-profile. I've search the web but can't find such thing so I'm hoping somebody here knows where to get them.

Youtube is a free account.
My PC is giving me trouble though. I am not being allowed to post replies on YT. Only started this recently. Seems to be involved with their connection to Google.....
