You can power certain of the Oster brand of blender jars with a drill motor. I saw a video of someone using a drill motor to power a blender so I did some research to figure out what brand of blender could be used that way and then online I found a jar from Oster that I could buy without buying the motor.
To make this work you will need one of the Oster jars, I choose the one they sell on its own as an add-on for making smoothies. It is a light weight plastic, so no issues with broken glass plus it comes with a screw cap with a flip top drink cap. Of course I can use the smoothie jar for other types of drinks too in the manner of a sports bottle. It comes with the base, a cap, gaskets and the cutting blade. Online price is just under $15.00.
You will also need an adapter that you can purchase at any hardware store. They have a hex shank to fit into drill drivers and at the other end is a 1/4" square drive. This is the adapter you use when you want to power drive a socket from the 1/4" sized sets. You might even have one in your kit of drill/driver accessories. The square end is a perfect fit into the socket of the cutting blade base. All metal to metal, nice and sturdy.
I have a small travel trailer and have to be conservative about the size and weight of what I take along. I need my 18v drill/driver set for work so it is a given that I travel with it and it is a rechargeable motor so I might as well take advantage of it. Of course it is not as fast as a high speed blender but it has plenty of torque and it will work just fine for mixing up things, making bread crumbs, etc. I also have a bench vise so no problem with making a soft jaw to hold the drill motor so the blender stays upright. Of course I will have to hold onto the blender jar while it is spinning and use the trigger on my drill/driver but that is minor inconvenience.
Oster also sells a small sized food chopper unit that could be powered the same way. But I likely won't get one of those.
