I just saw this video with four different warm smoothie recipes.
Also, I used to make a smoothie with milk, old fashioned oatmeal I precooked with dried cherries(then chilled), and a scoop of peanut butter (or almond butter). I found that the chilled precooked oats helped thicken and made the smoothie really creamy. Then one day I didn't have pre-chilled oats/cherries so I just made some and used them warm. It was awesome.
I'd definitely recommend experimenting with any fruit/nut/milk/spices choice combos that you know you already like.
