Old thread but this NEW information has me jumping.
- I am getting ready to leave the rent rat race and buy a fifth wheel rv and put it in a year round rv park that is considered a mobile home park by law

Wait, I can do this?  :huh: Id like more information about this in TN if you wouldnt mind making a new thread all about this way of living in particular :thumbsup: .  I am living in NE TN and this seems a great solution for me. :heart:  Or please PM me so I can learn.
