Any recommendations for a receiver-hitch bike rack for my mountain bike? I'm looking for something solid and secure that utilizes the receiver hitch on my truck or 5W but not that costs more than my bike did!

I have been mountain biking for 20+ years. I have owned every type of bike rack that I believe exists. The 1up-usa rack is the best rack I have owned. It literally takes 15 seconds to load or unload a bike and the rack will never put a scratch on one of your bikes as the rack only touches the tires. It may cost more than your bike though...

Yeah, a little more than I'd like to spend...was hoping to keep it under $200...but if I can't find anything else that is decent for that price range I will definitely consider it. My bike isn't anything fancy.

I have Thule Sidearm 594XT.  Msrp is $200 you should be able to find a better price that that.  Holds bikes very well and easy to use.  This is the bike mount only but you should be able to find a receiver mount rear gear carrier on C-list for very cheap and mount the Sidearm to it.
