Feel free to move this as it is not exactly "on topic", although the OP has opened the discussion on moderation in post#9 already.

I've already voiced my opinion on moderation on here, in previous posts, but I can't help myself on commenting yet again. "Damn the torpedoes"...

When there is too much moderation by the moderators, (sorry *amala), it tends to make members gun shy in posting their true feelings on a subject lest it get deleted or draw some alternate form of punishment from "above".

All I can say at this point is: I'm glad I'm not a Moderator!

There's no point in putting any thought in a post because the mods will delete it anyway.
