What say ye about this? I have never seen it, seems like a perfect gadget for nomads with a compromise between water usage of a swamp cooler and low power consumption.

This will use more water then a swampcooler since it mists it out into the air, in the description it uses on high 1.8 GPH, low 1.3 GPH . A swampcooler recirculates the water, on a very hot humid weekend I might go through 6 liters of water (about 2 gallons) and thats running the swampcooler all day long both days.

On the comments it looks like its mostly for use outdoors, where it performs the best.
