One spaghetti squash
One bag of large peeled shrimp
Half stick of butter
Three tablespoons of olive oil
Two tablespoons of minced fresh garlic
Cheap shaker powdered Parmesan cheese
Steam, boil or bake the squash till it is juuuust about like a cooked noodle consistency.
Drain if needed.
Put half stick of butter and olive oil in a skillet.
Add the garlic.
Add the shrimp. (Thawed if it is bought frozen)
Once the shrimp is 99% cooked, lower the heat and add the squash.
Stir the squash into the liquid until well mixed.
While piping hot, liberally cover the top with Parmesan and give yourself a little on the side of the plate extra.
Salt and pepper to your own taste.
Olive Garden has nothing on this. Super good. Sure doesn't taste like "diet" food.
We cannot tell the difference between this and using noodles.
VERY low carb and awesome, easy to make...with a average spag squash this will feed 3 adults with a side salad added.
