Anyone in Prescott area? Need advice.

I used up my 7 days in the Prescott Basin.  Been looking for frs to spend my remaining 7 days close in but outside the Basin (according to the MVUM). Not happy with what I have found so far. Would like to meet and discuss options for the rest of my stay in the Forest before heading back to Flagstaff. Been full time for about 4 months. Probably will be heading south for the winter.

Where can I get free water and porta potty dump in Prescott, AZ. I'm stuck here waiting for glasses to come in at Wal-Mart up to ten days.

The Prescott Waste Water Treatment Plant looks good for dumping. No fresh water though.
Two Affinity RV Centers have dump stations. There may be a charge for fresh water.
