2015 Ford Transit Connect Build

We bought the van, used, from Carmax with 15,000 miles on it.  It is a long wheel base, 7 passenger van, with a back up camera, siruis radio, and all the upgrades.  Very happy with the buying experience and the van. 

We had the van for a couple of months, deciding what and how we wanted to build it out for our needs.

Our Needs:
-Second car use, 4 passengers
-Easy to park and drive into a Parking Garage
-Good gas mileage
-Ability to haul small loads from Home Depot
-Camper
-Ability to stand up when parked.

The TC works for us on all these needs.  Putting the pop-top on it solved the back problem
Real world Gas mileage has been 29mpg on highway and around 24 in town.

Recon Campers did the pop top install.  On the return trip I camped in the desert outside of Ehrenberg, AZ for the night.  The pop top was everything I hoped for and more.  Easy to set up and take down.  All the room I could ever need.

Hey Scooterdog, do you have any pictures of the full build? I have the same vehicle and would really like to see how you approached it, I have not yet started a build.
