Is the van in California??  That's an SF Bay Area price!   :s   No way would I pay $9,000 for a van with over 200,000 miles on it, no matter what year it was!  Yikes!   But that's just me. Shop around.  You should be able to find a high-top install for less than $4,000.

I found plenty of videos that show the land, camp sites, people, their rigs, pets, getting there, the roads, the surrounding area, etc.  :cool: I tend the skip the talking head videos.
