Very good point and one I hadn't thought about; the smell. Hmmm. Cleaning everything just so I can have fish for dinner doesn't really attract me now that I think about it. It would be better just to buy and refrigerate or freeze if possible.  Thanks.

At 14ft+ tall, I think it might be a bit of a problem. Adding solar might get expensive. And the A/C bill... Geesh.  ;)
