I have been having issues with blogger for months. According to blogger,I have no blogs I am following. When the blogs I follow do show up, I can't comment, and I can't post or comment on my own blogs half the the time. Some bogs have never shown up in my blog list or on google reader.

When blogger does allow me to follow blogs and comment I can, for the most part, only comment if bloggers allow anonymous comments.

I really enjoy following everyone's journey. and I'd love to be able to comment. Please consider allowing anonymous comments.

Thanks

PS
yes, I've tried everything anyone has mentioned. These don't change even if I use another computer (I've tried on 5 different computers) The issues also affect my youtube and google accounts. Google/blogger/Youtube couldn't care less.
I'm one of those folks who don't allow anonymous comments. My reasoning is because of the spam. If you leave it open you end up with comments about buying online viagra ect.

I did some research and if you've tried this I apologize for being redundant but I made changes on my end if you'd like to test it. Instead of my comment area being embedded I changed it to a pop-up window and removed the Captcha. Let me know if that solves the problem.

http://blogging.nitecruzr.net/2009/05/problems-with-posting-comments-to-blogs.html

Cherry, thanks...
The anonymous comment isn't a total fix-all for me. i just can't count the number of times I've written a comment, only discover that the blogger didn't accept anonymous comments. I totally understand if someone doesn't want to change how they manage their comments. I do know I am not the only blogger with these issues. Although, I don't know anyone with as many issues as I have, that are so constant.

WHEN blogger shows the blogs I follow, sometimes I can comment in the blogs that have pop put comment thingies. Other times, when I attempt to publish a comment the comment just disappears into never never cyberdom. That happens whether it's an anonymous comment or not.

You can set your comments to anonymous and still set the commenting parameters to require verification/approval. Blogger, automatically requires some spam-like comments to be approved. My blogs have always caught the spammers...I know others haven't.

Thanks for the input, I appreciate it.

Blogger, do not like blogger at all!
Wordpress for me, so I have similar issues as you do..

only workaround that works fully..

create blogger account, put a couple of words on the page leading to your real blog, and then you can post comments on other blogger accounts..
