?? That is what you call between a rock and a hard place. Actually I think I saw that same guy pulling a trailer that same length on a hairpin curve on an off road trail in Colorado. I was going up he was trying to come down. I had to back up and find a place to turn around and retrace.

OSHA has done more harm to the human race than the centuries have done that came before.
With all of the safety rules and products, idiots live on to reproduce in alarming numbers today!

In a similar fashion the NHTSA has done this for Automobiles.
That idiot driving had air bags and crush zones....... He's still alive to teach his children to behave in like manner!
