I found a good website tutorial that will be a useful reference for many of us who need to do some wiring but don't have tons of experience with all the options for making good quality connections and splices, hooking up to terminal blocks, etc.

It explains with pictures as well as words the various types of connectors and how to use them. Also what tools you need to do the job.
