here is a photo of what I have.. 

I may add a buss bar or a fuse box, 

but those would both be after the house battery correct?

And I missing anything?

I'm not sure I under stand the arrows or the black wire that disappears into the side of the battery but the controller battery + terminal goes to the + battery post then the -controller - battery terminal goes to the - battery post if you are not using bus bars. If using + and - bus bars and you are going to add an isolator and a fuse box you can just use the bus bars for all your connections to prevent multiple connections at the battery posts. Simply connect the battery to the bus bars.
 
From the photo I can't see what the wires do. But. You need fuses at the battery positive. It is easier to wire multiple circuits using BusBar for both positive and negative.
It would help if you draw a simple wiring diagram of what you have.
