Who are the moderators?

I can't find where the list of moderators is...

I'd kinda like to know... if someone corrects me on something... if they are speaking as a moderator (who knows the details of rules)... or if they are just a person passing along heresay... or just a person who is being helpful (without facts)... or someone who may not like me.

I can't find what things mean... the stars for instance.
Also... people use initials for things... like TT... which just doesn't snap clearly in the mind right off what it is. Is there a dictionary...?

Well the easy one is TT.....that means "Tater Tots" !!!....no really Travel Trailer

go to members list then go to bottom right and click Team members

The mods will let you know who they are Just ignore those with ignorant comments. Some will look for anything like a spelling mistake when they cant come up with anything else.
RV = Recreational Vehicle
TT= travel trailer
C = looks like a van nose and a camper rear
A = looks like a bus. Different styles
B = van turned into camper with a high top
5er= fifth wheel. The tongue goes up into the truck bed on a hitch plate similar to an over the highway tractor trailer. Like a TT but doesn't hook to rear bumper.
TC = Truck camper. Sits in the truck bed and is supported by 3 or 4 legs when removed.
DP = diesel pusher. Class A with the diesel engine in the rear, pushing instead of front engine.
D = there is no D
CW = Cabo Wabo

Mods' usernames show in the 'ever stylish' pink, while admins are bold script green. For a list, go to the member list and click the 'show forum team' link at the bottom.

On acronyms; DDC did a nice job but I will add one. When people talk about TTs (travel trailers), they also talk about TVs (tow vehicles). Some of us do the TT/TV combo, where the TV is a van and a living space unto itself.

Toad = towed car, usually small. I did see a Hummer behind a huge RV once though and occasionally full size trucks

I came of age in N. CA with the start of Aids. I had friends that died because of blood transfusions. I am extremely cautious about who I kiss even. :heart:

After spending my life caring for others, I am learning who "I" am now. Thus the van dwelling. Not my place to judge. I have to be Mono~Amourous and learn to love myself again. I sacrificed everything for many years. My turn.

I deeply appreciate those on this board, especially those that made the social sacrifice to be a moderator. I have been there, and did not like being the target on a political based board. I really appreciate Bob for keeping politics out of this one. :idea:
