Hi Everyone,
Just bought a 2500 Chevy express and I'm building it out. Unfortunately it didn't come with a tire jack. I'm looking for advice about what kind/size/etc jack to purchase. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Much thanks,

I really like the aluminum floor jacks as I get older but many times I find a plain old bottle jack with some boards the easiest and they don't take up as much space. I would get at least a 3 ton for lifting and wood blocks or safety stands with a large base for holding it up while working. I looked at an exhaust bag jack but never having had one would like to hear some reviews of how well they work.

Back in the '70s my company truck had a bottle jack. The problem, though, was when a front tire is flat the bottle jack was too tall to fit under the jacking point. Luckily (if having a flat is lucky) I was on a dirt road, so I dug a hole for the jack and drove the truck over it.
