I always wondered where he got gas and shells from after the initial bit ran out?

Like Dazar I make a list of whatever kind of positive action I can do to fix whatevers wrong. Even if there's not much I can do it helps to be in motion and doing what I can.

One aspect that used to be a big problem with me would be getting on a negative train of thought and then playing the same old crap through my head. That would almost never do any good and could stretch something out that might have been a 10 minute problem and make it go on for hours.

Something I've found that helps derail a negative train of thought is to put on a positive audiobook. It's very hard to continue thinking something negative when you've got something positive coming at you from an external source.

I don't agree with a lot of his beliefs but Mike Dooley's "Infinite Possibilities, The Art of Living Your Dreams" is what I'm listening to today . It's about visualizing the life that you want. ;

Don't know if their offer's still available but I got it as a free download for joining emusic.com years ago. Libraries usually have these kinds of audiobooks as well.

When the chips are down, I hold on to the belief that this is happening for a reason (like a test). Through faith I come through stronger than before!

In times of trial, I am reminded of the story of Viktor Frankl, who was interned in a concentration camp by the nazis.
He saw beauty in the floating fish head in the broth he was served. There is beauty in all things. And we can control how we react to situations and adversity. I am for keeping a positive and happy demeanor. It takes practice, but it works.
