So, I stayed on BLM land on 29E. South
The only space is on the hard packed sand, and rigs are just too close.
Park by 29E and it is too noisy from roads and generators.
Park in the back..and the people who have been there for years (kid you not..actually started building shacks!) have their dogs run loose and bark all nite.
Tried to get off the beaten path and got stuck in the deep sand.
Next..I tried this place. And RV Park...just for one night
Very nice place.shower and laundry very nice.
But...trains run right next to it. Very loud. I mean L O U D. Earth shaking loud.
And every hour...all night long.
The other RV Park is hoytee toytee ....they require new rigs...they require inspection for you to show them how rich you are before you can park there.
So...I recommend you just avoid Wellton altogether.
