I think it would be interesting to know if these recent deaths were seasonal workers or regular full-time employees. I would imagine that season workers are put in the positions that require the least amount of skill and training. Likely (I assume) they would be standing in a single place packing and moving boxes, not running around between conveyor belts.

But then, deaths can happen in any workplace/industry. Considering how many people Amazon employs, a few deaths are going to happen from time to time. I bet you are still more likely to be killed on the WAY to working for Amazon then actually at the workplace.
