Visible speeds in Quartzsite?

I'm getting 4.3 down and 3.2 up where I live near Sierra Vista and that is supposed to be fast enough to use Hulu.

I've read the book  but I want to watch Nomadland.

How are the speeds in QZ and is streaming decent?
