In reading the whole article this is only applying to around 1200 customers, who are no longer under contract and their average usage appears to be in excess of 800 gb a month. I just recently renewed and was able to keep my grandfathered unlimited plan for $50 a month. Folk under contract are not being targeted. I've never come close to even 100 gb's.

1200 people this time around, maybe another 5,000 next time, etc. they'll kick us all off eventually. Most people won't complain about such a small amount of "greedy" users, but how long before they come after the rest of us? I use around 35GB in a typical month on my unlimited plan, but I've spiked up to 70-80GB once in awhile. Honestly, I can't fathom anyone using less than their 2.7GB "average". that's like 3 days of use for me. I'm sure Verizone will get me with the next culling
