Are there other vegans in the community who would like to meet up and camp together sometime?  I am boondocking on BLM land, presently at American Girl Mine in CA.  I am planning to go to Quartzsite for the RTR.  I think it would be nice to camp with some fellow vegans so that we can share meals and potluck occasionally.  If anyone is interested, get in touch.

yes! I'm staying at an old ranch near Pinnacles for the winter, but it would be nice to have a summer meetup with some other vegans.

I'd love to do this!  I'm beginning my journey in Mid-March and will probably be in the PNW thru the summer.

It's now June, 2021. This isn't exactly a viral thread. I'm new and setting up my rig and have LOTS of questions about full time boondocking and vegan. First and foremost-how to prep and store quantities of fresh veggies? Romaine lettuce wilts in heat. I can go thru a case in a week (I juice). A big 12V fridge is 100L. My tiny Whirlpool apartment fridge(which I need two of minimum) is 140L. Do I have to shoot myself and hope I'm reborn as an omnivore?

Hi wanderinglaurence, I think it would be good to let the stores store your food for you until you need it - unless you plan to spend weeks isolated in the wilderness. Also you could map out all the farmers markets you might pass by on your journeys.
