Trying but falling today

Hi I intro and myself previously. looked for appropriate thread but I get lost and do not have any idea what I am doing. I keep being told do the research watch you tube. It isn't helping. I did not know m y battery would just die. I keep being told solar is easy. I bought a "complete kit" no it's not I have no idea where to begin. I was lost on the first sentence of the instructions.

For anyone to help you, we are going to need a lot more information.
What battery do you have?
What solar kit did you get?
How long is the panel exposed to the sun and not shaded?
What devices are you running off the battery?

Kits are usually pretty straight forward. Panel connects to controller, controller connects to battery.

I took the easy but expensive way out, and had my kit installed at an RV repair place.

I'm not all that mechanically inclined.

dont let anyone fool you. it can be very confusing when first learning about solar and electrical.

but dont let that worry you. there are a lot of helpful and knowledgeable members here and we are happy to help walk you through it

to give us a better understanding could you briefly tell us what you wanted or expected from your battery or electrical system. what are you trying to run or use. and then if you tell us which "complete kit" you got then we will have a better chance of helping you with out over loading you with unrelated info.

also sometimes, trying to learn and follow in a forum can be difficult. especially if you are new and dont understand the basics it can be easy to get lost. i would be happy to talk with you one on one to help you with the basics so it is easier to understand all the info you will find here on the forums. just PM me and i will be glad to help you out
