View attachment 14242Our very own Trebor English is simply amazing. He has accomplished what 5 so-called RV "experts" and many hundreds of dollars wasted on them, could not do.
I don't know how to link this, but just recently, on June 26, 2017, I posted what was, to me, a desperate request for help. The thread was titled Converter, Transfer Switch, Generator, 12 v problems, Please help!
My on-board Onan generator wasn't working, my roof AC was acting up and I could not disconnect from pedestal in the RV park because maybe the AC would never turn on again, I had no overhead lights, and more. Generator now runs the 13,500 BTU roof air, too.
Well, Trebor English has fixed all of those. He even added a switch and outlets for the generator so if I want, I can run the generator separate from the coach. Or to power the coach, if that is what I want. He ordered and installed a new transfer switch.
He tested every single electrical connection in this Class B, even in the engine compartment. He checked wires, switches, breakers. And he gave me a voltmeter and taught me how to use it. He went to great lengths to explain everything to me, so in the future I would have a clue if I was being told the truth.
He even made me learn to make, and put together something called an always on connection with quick disconnects things. Sorry if not using correct tech terms.
There was more but this is what I remember now. I asked him so many questions about practically every inch of my RV and he was patient and kind and took the time to help me.
There are no words. He came here 2 separate days, traveling over 500 miles total. About 12 hours drive time, and worked 12 hours 1 day, and 11 hours the next.
Who could ever afford to pay someone to do all that? Well, I had to practically force even gas money on Trebor English. And I gave him a pittance extra, all I could afford. Plus gave him the best lunches I could.
I gave him one rep and wish I could give him 100 more. He is way above and beyond.
He was a blessing from God, is all I can think. He is smart, funny, kind, generous. His family is lucky to have him. And we are lucky to have him on this forum.
