trailer hitch table

I think free standing tables are a lot more versatile and practical for most people.

Just my 2¢ worth.

Now for a tailgater, something like that might be cool...

I think the advantage of the hitch table is greatest for those in small vans. Inside storage is so limited, yet a nice table would be handy for boondocking (where no picnic tables are provided.

If a person built their own, I bet there would be a way to put some additional storage between the van's back door and the table??
