The Sunrader is the most sought after of these Japanese campers. I have a 87 Nissan Odyssey. The Sunrader will still leak but there is fewer issues with it. (mostly just around windows).
Make 100% sure it has a 6 lug rear axle. Skip it if it's 5 lug unless you just want to park it and it's cheap. There is a large following of these motorhomes with people who can address any question you might have.
