I've been getting a kick out of watching this guy's youtube channel for a while...he's kind of a cross between Tim Allen and...well, someone with a very high IQ who like to drink.

I'll link WHAT DRILL BIT IS BEST? because it gives a fair introduction to his style and shows how you can pick up something new from even "basic" topics.

It's not short...I generally watch these with my first coffee...

Thanks for sharing , I got about half way through , I'll check out the rest of his videos when I can get around some wifi, I never knew that they made a vise for drill bits , I thought my bits were spinning loose because of a cheap drill. LOL
