A couple weeks ago I posted about stovetop biscuits...

Tonight I tried some cornbread using the same method. This time I used a 10" skillet covered wit foil sitting on an 8" skillet over a medium low flame. It took about 23 minutes and came out as nice as from an oven.

Margie was nice enough to bring over a slice for me. I have to say that was as good as any cornbread I have ever eaten in my whole life!

Oh it was good. Just warmed up the left over for breakfast. Yummy with some Sedona honey.

Used the same method to "bake" some breaded fish last night. That came out really nice too. Flipped the fish once to brown evenly.
