Starting my first van

Hello! My living situation is changing, and I need the flexibility of a small camper.
Goal: Small 4-season stealth camper van, some off-grid capabilities, on the cheap
Got: 2005 Astro contractor van, 2wd, great shape
Stage: Foamboard insulation mostly in, wood floor going down.
I'll be doing a ton of lurking and reading, getting design ideas and finding out what *not* to do as well. I've outfitted boats before, so I have just enough skills to be dangerous
