Spotted a van window mod

Hi all, I'm new here and been reading the forum a lot. I spotted a cargo van with a I think a unique mod where the Windows would go,

It allows the tech access to the side of the van where he keeps his parts . But it looks like it would work as a stealth window as well.

Saw that on a plumber's van last month and caught the guy walking to it later to ask where he had it done...but he didn't speak English. So... Probably Miami.

These are readily available when purchasing a new van. Not sure whether they are factory or dealer installed though.

I believe they are also sometimes referenced as vendor vans.

Chevy offered it as a factory option on some years of the Express, it's called the Access Package and is still available. I have a friend with one and it's incredibly cool (in every meaning of the word) when he pops them all open. They are hydraulic and all sides open.
