I love hot sauce! One of my favorites is the Tabasco habanero flavor. It's got plenty of kick but is still tasty. I can put hot sauce on just about anything. I am all for trying new variations. Whats yours?

I am Cholula guy and Tiger sauce.,..none of the vinegar based hotties for me...

CYNDI! I have never seen or had chili garlic Cholula...I'm going to look for it the next store I am in.... !!!!
Cool!
Bri

Bri, I am always searching for the cholula chili garlic, if I find some I'll pick it up for you. The Thai garlic is pretty similar.

I have a hard time finding Tiger Sauce, too. I check every store I enter.

Hi Cyndi...thanks tons....I am in Yuma and will check at this Fry's kroger store I am at....

I have a friend who is a huge Tiger Sauce guy and when we all lived in Alaska he found a butcher shop that had it bulk, so he bought a quart at a time....never saw it like that again,,,,

See you soon,
Bri

Franks red hot on just about everything as a baseline, then if it is still kinda bland I like to add a dash of Dave's Insanity sauce. I buy Franks by the gallon and a gallon will last about a month.

Tink? Got taste buds????
Bri

I prefer just adding peppers directly to whatever I'm cooking, tho lately it's just dried chili pepper.

Why bother with sauces that just dilute the yummy that is peppers!

I'm not very picky about the kind of pepper either.

With Love,
Tara

i spent a whole night at work watching youtubes of people trying to eat the trinidad scorpian, it was fascinating...

Im a total wimp, tho i have started trying regular tobasco on some things. /flex

The reason I like hot sauce over using fresh peppers is with the hot sauce I know how much heat exactly I will be receiving. Fresh peppers very greatly in heat and can ruin your food if used improperly. Also I have had some bad experiences with cutting peppers and getting them into my eye and onto some body parts by accident One last thing is hot sauce has a long shelf life doesn't need refrigeration and is always on hand in the pantry.

Nice sauces folks. I am familiar with Sriracha ( I love) and the tiger sauce ( nice flavor just not enough heat imho). Will be on the lookout for the others listed, thanks.

For some of you light weights, you may enjoy the tabasco "sweet and spicy" Doesn't have that vinegary taste.

For those who like living on the edge (tink/Tank) here is a few more offerings. These are about a 3 out of 4 on the heat scale. A little goes a long way, but still has flavor.
