solar panel alignment to the sun

Somewhere I believe there is a link for a "magnifier setting tool" for hitting the center of your solar panel. I cannot find it. I do remember Bob said he was helping a friend sell these, $10.00 seems fair, if I could find it again. Many thanx :huh:

This was a small clip on 4" square and was very simple as an eye gauge. Thank you for the link for the app. I am on my way !

Tilting helps most in the couple of hours after sunrise and the last couple of hours before sunset. The exact angle isn't that critical unless you have too little solar panel. Generally in the direction of the sun is close enough.

I have my panels angled midway between winter and summer sun.I leave them that way year round.Too many panels to move with the seasons.

Fix location panels can stay angled. Like the ones on my shed. The ones on the van are fixed, Flat to the roof. The wind plays hell with them angled up.
