Ours is gone. We (that would be DH and the mouse in his pocket) pulled it out and are installing a fan. We have a light close to the shower, but could have installed a light if we needed it.
If you have a skylight, especially in a high moisture area, unscrew the bottom layer and see what is going on between it and the top cover. Ours was a perfect condensation trap. We caught it before too much damage was done, but we were just in time.
