Or, he could just keep the exposure to under 30 seconds on a good used camera.
May look for just that, next Spring on Craigslist in local area.

I really appreciate all the responses. Will just enjoy the star's and remember them as long as my memory can recall them in detail. Hopefully years from now. Thank You All. I think this is a wrap.
