Ack!!!! The solar panel systems install is taking place way before I'll be there. That's the big one that I really wanted to attend. Oh well, I guess next year maybe.<div> </div>

Steve, I thnk Bob is referring to the seminar (1/13), not necessarily the install. the install will probably be a matter of convenience, availability of volunteers to help and when the parts are all purchased.

Good afternoon, all. Bob suggested I post a message on this forum. I am looking for someone who is needing a ride from the Tulsa, OK area to the RTR.  I don't need help driving, but I do need help with the cost of gasoline. I do plan on spending the whole 2 weeks there and will be camping out of my van, but you would need to find or bring your own accommodations. I am a single mature woman with a 1995 G20 Van that's in good shape.  This is my camper when I'm traveling, but unfortunately it only get about 15 miles per gallon.  So in order for me to attend the RTR I need to find a rider. If you're interested, please contact me at barkingwaters at gmail dot com for how much it would cost you and so forth. Please don't be offended if I ask you about if you know anyone on any of these forums that might vouch for you. I'll give you a reference as well, if you want. Thanks, Donna

...Just have to say, I am so excited about RTR and meeting all of you!  This is my first long-distance road trip, and it feels like a "just can't wait" adventure!  My neighbor took my 2 middle captain's seats out yesterday so that I'd have more room.  I'm buying my portable heater tomorrow.  I want to meet as many of you as possible so I can get some ideas as to what I want to do with my van.  So if you can make it, it'll be awesome!<div>Katie</div>

O my Gosh...hubby says there's a way we can make the RTR this year after all. I'd been following Sue's blog and invited hubby to see the awesome pics of the dessert & read a bit of her blog....pushed him right over the edge!!....that and these dreary gray OH skys...he did the math and gave the go-ahead this evening.     I have 2 1/2 wks to get everything back into the van again!!!  and take care of a million details that make me nuts when there's a trip coming up.  Bill thinks you just toss in the Atlas and hit the road. You'd think I'd have jumped for joy at the change in plans but my first reaction was something of a meltdown...So Much to DO...So Little TIME...thank goodness for Rescue Remedy.   I'm SO looking fwd to meeting everyone!

hi guys, Ive been tending my sick mom since 21st, just getting back to computer tonight.   Suanne has actual RTR pics, but there's another Sue who tows a Casita trailer behind a Chevy Express.  Her blog travels began this past summer.  She is now camped near Ajo AZ and posts some awesome pics of the dessert/mtns there.  I believe Sue plans to be in Quartzsite for the RTR.  you can read her blog at <a href="http://www.rvsueandcrew.wordpress.com" target="_blank" target=_blank>www.rvsueandcrew.wordpress.com</a>
