Wandering Mike,

I don't know for sure... Asking it to go from 43 to 105 or so degrees on demand would be a stretch. Even the manual recommends recycling a bit to help it work more efficiently. The recycling part takes very little time and helps keep the water flowing more uniformly (in terms of flow and a steady temp). If the temp sags, it seems to slow the flow.

I'm sure when the weather is 60 degrees or more and the water is about the same temperature, it will probably act more like an on-demand. The weather is going to be that temp this coming weekend. I'll let you know how it works under those conditions.

Yeah, the price is high... no doubt. They do include a really nicely padded carrying case. The pump seems to work great. I thought at first it was leaking but it was me not putting the hose on right. It's a nicely built machine though definitely very pricey.

DazarGaidin,

As for the comment about the shower curtain in the video... LOL. You can easily buy something identical... about three hundred years in the future. LOL. I'm using a program called Particle Illusion... The next step is to video the van going down the road, speed it up dramatically, and then add the "warp effect" and flash like you see in Star Trek TNG. Too much time and too many toys...
