Hello everyone!
I live in the great Southwest, I'm fixing up my sticks and bricks with the intention to sell it so I can take to the road in the next year or so, gods willin' and the creek don't rise!
So right now I'm doing my research, trying to figure out which way is best for me before I invest in a rig. Likewise, I'm trying to decide how much solar I'll need before I get on the road, and truly need it.
I'm truly grateful that this forum exists to make things easier for all of us!

Welcome to the CRVL forums! To help you learn the ins and outs of these forums, this "Tips, Tricks and Rules" post lists some helpful information to get you started.

Most of our rules boil down to two simple over-riding principles: 1) What you post should provide good information (like your introductory post), and 2) Any response to someone else's post should make them feel glad they are part of this forum community.

We look forward to hearing more from you.

Welcome to the CRVL Forum :)

Yes, take your time to study first. That is better than jumping in and soon wishing
you had it to do all over again.

Below are a couple of site that you may want to look at. The second is for a basic Van
build to start out with.

The second is a portal of information to plan with and make life easier once out on the road. With it you could be an "Armchair Nomad" using your computer and the "trip planning at home or on the road" section...in the Links section. (these use Google Street
view and the orange "peg man" so you can actually see the road on your virtual trip)
