Crofter I planted about 250 baby nut trees a couple years ago. Any critter I put out there would eat them. Also, I’d have to fence. I took up all the fencing years ago. Sheep and cows need a caretaker. It’s easier to cut the grass.

Dang it. You guys are talking people out of this deal. I’ve got 14 acres to mow and was really hoping someone would pay me to mow it. Needs mowed once or twice a week. Hilly, lots of baby trees to mow around.  Come on.

No, not selling. My niece and her hubby are living on it and taking care of it. If they weren’t though....
