Ah to clarify, you would use the top of the porta potti as GypsyJan mentioned, so would never soil the potti in the normal fashion. By dry I meant put the poo+kitty-litter bags into the bottom tank of the porta potti, which would **otherwise** be dry. I think the 3" diameter outlet cap on the bottom tank is large enough to allow poo bags to be inserted and removed for temporary storage of a few days. A 13-gallon bag with a "single" deposit in it will have a long plastic tail to grab, and shouldn't be too difficult to remove. I just put a banana in a bag and tossed it in there, and was easy to get back out. This was just a thought experiment. A way to make use of the otherwise unused bottom tank. Personally I wish to avoid directly dealing with black water if I can.
