Well there is a lot of daily burning activity at Pirate camp…but no daily campfires.

Today December, 2024 the 11th and tommorow the 12th is the last quarterly 2024 meeting of the BLM AZ district. The 2025/2026 LTVA fees are on the agenda. I do not know what date that decision will be publicly announced. You can do a virtual attendance of that 2 day meeting and there is a short public comment period on each day.

Well we have 'Broke-in' the electric roaster......Learning !.....Thanksgiving Turkey........

Two BEEF Chuck roasts with ALL the Veggies....(As well as Fish and Chips bake for Two)........TWICE

and last nite a "Carrotcake/Fruit Cobbler"..................thoroughly ""Disgusting""



Apple and Cherry pie filling (with creamcheese) with Barlet pears and Carrot cake for the "cobbler"
............and Vanila Ice Cream
(Film at Eleven)


Undecided about Christmas eve or day ?.....Dinner will be a return to Beef Roast.......and Christmas Sides

I texted with Brian last night. He confirmed that he was going in for his knee surgery this morning.

What was the verdict outcome? Did the Jolly Santa Chef decide he wants Christmas Day or Christmas Eve for feasting day? Inquiring minds need to confirm plans

I forgot to ask how many persons for dinner are likely? I want to make enough servings but not way too many as I have a tiny fridge that can’t hold a bunch of leftovers.

I will bring over my scaffold stand/table that can be raised to counter height for more serving space.
