The cell fluid levels were 3/4" maybe more below the well base yesterday so I did add some distilled water to each untill 1/4" below. I think my PD is pushing 13.7ish. Started at 13.6 then rose. So I guess the float and boost charge will be higher as well. Given the US Battery recommended float charge what is needed then is a manual power supply used only for the low float charge for long term storage like the $23 not recommended one (or the other two more expensive ones), unless used ONLY for float charging and set at 13.06v. Best case for me then is to have one adjustable power supply for float only, and the PD for the rest, OTC hydrometer, a clamp on ammeter and the DROK. Pendant issue in limbo....ball in their court.
