Even if I didn't lose a pound I would eat like this. I feel better. No awful heartburn IBS and other aches. As yesican mentioned diarrhea constipation and yes tummy aches too. If you read up on what has happened to wheat in the past 30 years you'll see what I mean. I'm sorry. I didn't mean to imply that there aren't people who can't tolerate wheat and who are greatly helped.
