I tried driveway parking for a few months. The pros I found were having shore power and access to a lot of amenities. On the downside, much more difficult to get out and about spontaneously.

Walmart for sure! Just not one in or around a “big” city. I have stayed at hundreds over the past ten years. Never once (knock wood) had a problem. Do some shopping if needed; go poop; spend the night. Hit the road the next morning.

Walmart is a valuable resource for those of us who need them and we have to act properly; don’t leave any trash behind; and remember that we are staying the night and NOT CAMPING !!!

Just my opinion . . .

Curious, What is the attraction about staying in shopping centre carparks. Doesn't happen here.
I liked it because I could buy that thing I forgot to bring along, and also pick up some breakfast without having to cook. But otherwise, not all that scenic or quiet for sleeping. ~crofter

The attraction to me is it is an easy place to park for a single night overnights sleep. I am not camping there, it is a parking spot for the night. Restock and be on my way.
