Northwest Get Together in Oregon Middle July

It looks as if we are going to have a great group-if you're in the area and want to come by, drop me a note.  The weather is perfect in the Coast mountains and the forest if beautiful and green.

Having too much fun Cyndi!  We have a nice little group -  all types of vehicles and all levels of experience. Our hosts who are kindly allowing us to camp on their property have super nice. The camp area is large, grassy and fairly flat. We got a little bit of PNW misty rain yesterday morning but it cleared up early. It's still kind of cool and damp so we're hoping for a some sun today!

 Lots of room still so if you are anywhere near Portland, Oregon come join us!

 

 Cheri and Nelda cooked breakfast for the group.  Thanks, it was delicious!

It was truely nice meeting & chillaxing with all you crazy kids!
I had a great time chatting, hearing all the stories, touring the rigs & relaxing by the river.
It was my 1st ever gtg & my 1 year anniversary full time with 'Brutus'.

Big thank you to Nelda for leaving those bread crumbs for me to find you!

Hope I can see everyone again in the near future...can't wait to see the progress of those new builds!
To those about to take the plunge, all I can say is go for it...home is where your wheels are!

My next GTG will be the Can-Am CamperCon @ Peace Park, Wa. in August, maybe I'll see some of you there!

Field trip to  Camp 18!





 Besides the restaurant which is housed in a really great log building there are chain saw carvings, a short trail in the forest and lots of old logging equipment on the grounds.
